Contest #1 - Name that Elephant! - Follow this link for winning entries Contest #2 - HistoriFigs' Logo Contest - HistoriFigs needs a logo! OK, so we have been around for a few years now, and we still don't have a company logo! My inner artist refuses to come out and produce a logo, so we figured why not see what you our customers can come up with... If you know us, you know that most of our figures are "Old School" and that we have a passion for all things 18th century. We also "do" a rather large business in "custom" and "contract" casting. These tidbits might well provide some ideas for logos, or maybe not. Who knows? Only you will know once you sit down to noodle out some ideas... So, now I bet you are thinking - "OK, so 'they' want a logo. What do 'I' get out of this?" Well, that is indeed a good question. Since all good questions deserve answers, here is what the winning entries will receive:
To give you all plenty of time, this contest will run through midnight 31 October 2005. Entries may be submitted by snail mail or email. For email entries, send to contests@historifigs.com. For snail mail entries send to: HistoriFigs, P.O. Box 69, Cotati, CA 94931-0069 (all mail will be forwarded to our new address, once we have it set up). Submit your entries in any format that is convenient for you. We can handle most electronic formats - you can even mail us you original drawing if that suits you best. We are looking forward to see what you come up with - now, lets have some fun!
Contest #3 and beyond! We are already working on several other contests, so have no fear, if Science Fiction or Logos are not your bag we will have plenty of contests with historical themes in the coming year...
